Cloud Computing
Shared responsibility, and how cloud setups get attacked.
About this module
The cloud is computing power, storage and software delivered as a service over the internet — on-demand, scalable, pay-as-you-go. It is powerful, but most cloud breaches come from the customer's own mistakes: weak identity, bad configuration, and leaked keys. This module shows how the cloud works (with an Azure and AWS view), where it is weak, and how you defend it — from service models and storage to containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and Zero Trust.
What you will learn
- Cloud basics & service models (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS)
- Deployment models, regions & storage
- AI & generative AI in the cloud
- Fog, edge & grid computing
- Containers & Docker
- Orchestration, Kubernetes & container security
- Serverless & OWASP cloud risks
- Cloud defense: network, Zero Trust & AI

How to study: read each lesson in order, answer the two "Check yourself" questions, then take the practice test and aim for 80%+. Everything here is for authorized learning only — test on cloud accounts you own or have written permission to assess.
