HackwithArun is an online learning and professional training platform operating as a project under Vidhyant Infosystems. The platform provides educational programs, professional training, cybersecurity courses, cloud computing, ethical hacking, Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI security, practical labs, assessments and related learning services.

By registering, purchasing a course or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to the applicable processing of your personal information.

7. Course Access & Student Responsibilities

• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing accounts or providing unauthorized access to purchased content is prohibited.
• Students must provide accurate registration and contact information.
• Unauthorized recording, copying, downloading, redistribution, resale or commercial exploitation of course content is prohibited.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.

8. Practical Labs & Ethical Usage

HackwithArun provides educational cybersecurity labs, simulations, practice environments and technical demonstrations. Students must use these resources strictly for educational and authorized security testing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All course videos, presentations, documents, lab configurations, software materials, graphics, branding and educational resources available on HackwithArun are owned by or licensed to Vidhyant Infosystems and/or their respective rights holders.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

10. Platform Availability & Modifications

HackwithArun reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace or discontinue platform features, course content, lab environments and services when reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

HackwithArun and Vidhyant Infosystems shall not be responsible for losses resulting from student negligence, unauthorized account sharing, misuse of learning resources, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

12. No-Refund Policy

HackwithArun follows a strict no-refund policy for courses, training programs, digital learning materials, subscriptions and other educational services.

By completing a purchase, students acknowledge and agree that:

1. Once a course or service has been purchased, the amount paid is non-refundable.
2. Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for change of mind, personal reasons, lack of interest or changes in learning preferences.
3. Non-attendance, failure to participate, incomplete coursework or non-utilisation of purchased course access will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
4. Technical issues arising from the student’s device, internet connection, software configuration or personal environment will not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Students are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, prerequisites, duration, delivery format and available features before purchasing.
6. Accidental purchases, account sharing or transferring course access do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Where a course or service is cancelled by HackwithArun without an equivalent replacement or alternative being provided, or a duplicate payment is confirmed, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate remedy may be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These policies and terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be addressed through appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms and competent courts in accordance with applicable Indian law.

3. I understand that promotional use of my registered email address and contact information requires my separate marketing consent.
4. I understand that I may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting essential course-related communications.
5. I understand and accept the No-Refund Policy, subject to applicable statutory rights.
